 Visitors may have heard
of Lightfeather. Her image was in The New York Times
Travel section in a Sunday expose called “In Search of the Vortex
Vibe” written by New York Times writer, Jeff Topping. Lightfeather’s
photo was on The New York Times Bill Board in
New York City
and her image went around the world in one Sunday. She has built quite
a reputation for herself in the spiritual counseling world and has
worked with many celebrities and wonderful people from all over the
planet calling her for spiritual insight into every aspect of life.
In the art arena
Lightfeather has had more than her fifteen minutes of fame doing soul
portraits for such celebrities as Donna Summer, Olivia
Newton-John, Rod Stewart, Henry Winkler, and Andy Gibb during The
Music for UNICEF Concert at The United Nations in the late seventies.
Graduating from The School of Visual Arts in New York City in 1977,
she received numerous awards at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and
exhibited in a show at The Greene Street Workshop Gallery in Soho. Two
of her major works were then included into The Rhodes Collection.
Exhibiting extensively
throughout the southwest with such peers as Frank Howell, RC Gorman,
and JD Challenger, her collectors have created
collections that are all one-of-a-kind masterworks – the only Spirit
Horse collection in the world of its kind. Lightfeather moved out west
in the late seventies and began creating these adorable Spirit Horses.
Among her many collectors are actors Elaine Miles and Peter Fonda.

has appeared in many films throughout his colorful entertainment
career. Mitchell will be offering wedding ceremonies at this beautiful

Mitchell opens the doors to this wonderful
Spiritual Center beginning in August. “We plan on having
group shows for the artists to be exhibited in the gallery space and
